Daily Duties at The Mills Corporation:

• Provided support to the General Counsel and two other in-house counsel. • Worked with the Corporate Paralegals with preparing documents for Board Meetings, inputting legal information in to CT Corporation. • Managed the scheduling for meetings, conference calls, travel etc. for three attorneys. • Upon request, supervised the work of the legal interns. • Drafted, proof-read and obtained necessary signatures for legal documents, including those related to employee agreements. • Prioritized incoming calls, sorting and distributing mail. • Performed duties with regard to e-filing the Board of Directors’ and Executive Vice Presidents’ Forms 3s, 4s and 5s. • Assisted outside counsel with legal duties, including coordinating meetings, lunches and preparing legal documents and presentations to be provided during meetings. • Assisted the Corporate Paralegal with submitting legal bills for payments. • Handled the coordination of retrieving, and properly filing SEC retention documents from the Corporate Office and the field properties. • Performed duties related to supporting the Corporate Secretary (General Counsel) with regard to Board and Committee Meetings, Annual Meeting of Shareholders, Corporate Records, Stock Transfer, Director, Officer and Shareholder concerns
