• Analyzed reports in CTI/ Yardi and AS 400 and makes recommendations to Senior Management. • Constructed Annualized Cash Flow (ACF) models from pooled data in various Simon databases. • Actively participated in over $1 billion of loan underwritings. • Presented ACF models in less than 3 business days. • Independently facilitated numerous meetings with Property Managers and/ or Leasing Agents. • Compiled information and /or data for lenders and appraisers for decision making purposes. • Reviewed Business Financial Statements and forwarded reports to Senior Management for decisions. • Completed all debt summary sheets without error. • Served as a consultant and answer basic underwriting questions for loan processors and appraisers.
