Daily Duties at Williams Real Estate:
Trained, recruited and supervised staff of over 55 consisting of Secretarial, Word Processing, Reception, Payroll and Mailroom personnel. Managed daily office operations for 250 employees including new hire orientations, performance management, employee evaluations, compensation, promotions, and terminations. Administered all benefit plans including 401k and profit sharing plans including Highly Compensated Testing and overall compliance.
