Assisted Max Capital, a property management company, with the continuance of their daily business operations during the company’s re-organization. Observed property management staff and reported to management with recommendations for staffing changes. Analyzed existing service contracts for Tishman Speyer Properties, a large corporate real estate firm, and acted as liaison between vendors and Property Managers to resolve service, contract and billing issues.
