Provided consulting services to top executives in all industries presenting the best possible benefit options to ensure employee retention and cost effectiveness. Introduce wellness plans and voluntary benefits such as short term disability, life insurance, cancer plans, specified disease and accident plans. Orchestrate open enrollment process for all core benefits which includes initial group meetings, one-on-one employee meetings and all employee benefit communications. Insure compliance with all health insurance regulations and advise employers on new health care laws.
