Led a group of 30-professionals. Primary duties and responsibilities included Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Contracts Management, Export/Import and Government Compliance. Managed diverse financial activities including financial closings, corporate reporting, forecasting and analysis, program financial administration, financial restructuring, accounts payable/receivable, working capital, general and administrative expenses, functional overheads and payroll. Prepared strategic and business plans (orders, EBIT, sales, working Capital and cash flow planning). Developed financial statements encompassing balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, profitability/financial metrics, and working capital. Managed $40M company budget and $500K departmental budget and directed capital equipment budgeting and acquisition. Continued year over year improvements in fiscal performance. Served as Acting General Manager from 6/1998 to 1/1999. Expertise in EVMS and provided training to Control Account Managers and other company stakeholders and prepared the company to successfully participate in an Initial Baseline Review (IBR). Provided leadership for program financial management personnel
