Daily Duties at Vanguard Group:
Gained knowledge to respond to incoming inquiries pertaining to Vanguard’s Annuity product. Including both the Marketing and Client Service functions for existing clients. Developed new marketing plans and presented to management staff. Performed Data Entry of Client information as requested by Management. Including handling client transactions. Assisted in new hire training for Marketing and Client Services. Acted in capacity of Staff resource for handling extensive or sensitive client relationships. Worked on various projects related to the ongoing development of the Vanguard Annuity product (e.g., New Funds Launch, Internalization of Client Service Functions).
