• Developed an annual business plan to include travel rotation and strategy for attaining sales goals. • Designed a customized marketing strategy for use with high net worth individuals and top performing brokers within assigned territory. • Presented customized marketing campaigns through one-on-one meetings, seminars and classroom discussions. • Increased outside penetration by establishing new relationships with outside broker/dealers. • Acquired a professional and social relationship with established client and broker base through one on one meetings and proactive telephone campaigns. • Analyzed my relationships to best determine and respond to the individual needs of each client and broker to solicit new, and maintain existing business. • Maintained detailed telephone, travel and expense reports in a timely fashion.
