Direct a team of up to 40 in the management of operations, maintenance, and general administration for 7 facilities located at 5 sites. Monitor facility structures and equipment, and identify areas needing repairs. Keep consistent records of facility use by active duty, retired, and reservist Navy personnel, civilians, and contractors. Provide guidance, motivation, and training to facility staff. Handle public relations and program promotion in the local community. Teach Water Aerobics and Water babies classes, coached Masters swim team as needed. Ensured optimum service for over 350,000 guests per year.
