•Oversee district of 15+ retail branches. Provide feedback on strategy implemented in field. All branches in assigned districts achieved over 100% of sales targets for 2011. •As internal sales consultant, liaise between national sales team and district managers to ensure rapid implementation of new corporate initiatives and promotions within retail bank. Train new managers in corporate sales behavior. Coach existing managers on effective staff leadership to increase revenue and improve customer service scores. Lead training seminars on new customer acquisition and share of wallet expansion for new and existing retail employees. •As subject matter expert and key point of contact on products, services and systems, function as central resource for National Sales priorities and support sales training.
