CIGNA HEALTHCARE, Bloomfield, CT 2002 - 2003 Dental Underwriter Analyzed and calculated case specific rates/fees based on account information, manual rates, experience projections, and expense analysis to maximize sale/retention and improve financial results. • Partnered with the Dental Stores and Medical Underwriters to develop an account strategy and perform financial negotiations to determine a competitive price for the client. • Selected to develop a competitor analysis report to develop the understanding of team members on local competitors, to position accounts appropriately.
