Daily Duties at Kelly Services Temporary Position:
*Contract Assignments accepted while pursuing a regular full-time position. -Worked with specified client contacts to coordinate Open Enrollment meeting logistics. -Ordered standard collateral materials and promotional items through Moore Wallace. -Tracked orders to ensure that all meeting materials are delivered to client locations as scheduled. -Recruited meeting facilitators from internal/external resource pools. -Assisted in the coordination of alternative meeting options - Web Casts, Video Conferencing, PP/CD Presentations w/ Voiceover, Conference Calls, and Train-The-Trainer Sessions. -Entered meeting information into the OE database, iAvenue, for tracking and reporting. -Managed the Open Enrollment meeting incentive compensation process. -Assisted with Large Local Group meeting recruitment and promotional support on an as needed basis. -Assisted with projects in support of Open Enrollment initiatives. -Facilitated OE meetings as necessary.
