Daily Duties at Carestream:
Serve as the customer’s single point of contact for Carestream products, services, technical and supply issues. Achieve sales and profitability goals of Carestteam Imaging products and services. Grow/maintain existing customers while driving new business with non-Carestreama accounts which include, but not limited to, hospitals, government facilities, IDNs, imaging centers, and physician practices. Responsible for customer satisfaction and identifying/employing Carestream resources to quickly resolve customer concerns. Drive/manage relationships within the industry, including, but not limited to, professional societies, dealers, OEMs. Develop local tactics for launching Imaging products and services. Generate and act upon leads.
