Daily Duties at Caretel Inns Of America:

Investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, mistreatment and/or misappropriation of property for the guests of 5 facilities in accordance with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. Investigate allegations of hostile work environment, disparate treatment and/or unfair work practices for the employees of 5 facilities in accordance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission guidelines. Identify, develop and assist each facility with implementation of Quality Improvement Initiatives in response to investigative findings. Represent Caretel Inns of America in instances of investigations that occur in the annual scheduled survey process and the unscheduled complaint survey process conducted by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. Direct and manage the process of Incident and Accident reporting, investigation and monitoring. Conduct in-service education for the Administrators and staff of 5 facilities.
