Worked in Separations and TRAP Groups. Screened Jurkat cell extracts for proteins that bound to 2 different peptides taken from the regulatory domain of protein kinase C theta. Worked robotics for TRAP fingerprint high throughput assay. Helped optimize fluorescence-polarization kinase assay. Maintained Agilent Series 1100 Mass Spec Detector and Finnigan MALDI-TOF mass spec. Established in house mass spectrometry capabilities for proteins, peptides, and their ligands
