Daily Duties at Elan Pharmaceuticals:
Worked in DMPK Group plus both In Vitro and In Vivo subgroups. Maintained 2 different MDCK cell lines. Wrote SOPs and Word reports, short and detailed, some to be included in IND and NDA filings Used API 3000 and 5000 mass specs, some with Ionics HSID upgrade, and Agilent Series 1100 HPLCs with UV/Vis, RI, ELSD, and radioactivity detectors, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Programmed, maintained and troubleshot Tecan Freedom EVO robotic liquid handler. Trained DMPK group members in correct usage of TurboIon Spray and HSID interface. Served as Operations Leader of In Vitro Group; trained junior members and assigned and validated solubility, metabolic stability, and permeability data
