Daily Duties at U.S. Army, Criminal Investigation Division:

Built and steered multiple teams to maximize security and consistently completing projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment requiring superior strategic planning, organization, and leadership skills. Managed a broad spectrum of activities, including leading felony investigations of incidents, offenses and allegations of criminality in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations. Directed all phases of surveillance, searches of premises, and lineups associated with investigations of allegations of criminality. Selected Highlights: • Trained and led 10 Special Agents and associated Law Enforcement Officers / Security personnel. • Delivered engaging and educational presentations on listening, video and surveillance equipment. • Investigated crime scenes for fingerprints, bloodstains, weapons, footprints, documents and other trace evidence, as well as evaluating laboratory findings and statements relating to investigations. • Applied strong communication skills in interviewing witnesses, suspects, subjects and victims in order to effectively resolve crimes. • Exhibited critical thinking skills in identifying security needs, estimating costs for improvement, and presenting proposals to Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Committee. • Provided Protective Service for DoD executives and visiting foreign officials. • Conducted Personnel Security Vulnerability Assessments for senior Army officials and inspected security access control points, equipment and procedures. • Worked jointly with Human Resources and Employee Relations for employee related issues. • Reported the results of investigations to high ranking government officials.
