Strategically prioritized and directed key security initiatives to ensure on-time, requirements-compliant completion while maintaining high quality standards. Diligently managed the crisis response and program for three major facilities (Data Center) and 2000+ personnel; resolved escalated incidents in collaboration with the Global Security Operations Centers and business unit managers. Executed ongoing security assessments for Data Centers, implemented access control and CCTV systems to all GS facilities, and liaised between Information Security team on information protection, prevention and information technology investigations, further illustrating multitasking and prioritization abilities. Selected Highlights: • Directly supervised 30 Japanese Security guards in compliance with the $1.8 million guarding contract. • Instructed, motivated, and oversaw Security guards / Managers on loss prevention methods and ensured strict compliance with local laws governing investigations, searches, and apprehensions. • Played a key role in ensuring the effective performance of the Japan Business Continuity Program (BCP) by reviewing the data center requirements and participating in all scenario drills. • Created team resilience and risk assessments for event security, as well delivering executive protection support for senior management traveling to high risk areas within region by utilizing global guidelines. • Ensured fire and safety training for 2000+ staff and specialized training to fire safety team members. • Served as functional lead for Events Security / Executive Protection, Crisis Management, Fraud, and Financial Investigations.
