• Project Team Lead for the development and presentation of customized seminar and marketing campaigns aimed at financial planning, college planning, mortgage protection, & charitable fund raising programs. • Project Team Lead for the development and implementation of the retention and marketing strategies key for long-term growth. • Acquired both individual and corporate clients through warm leads and aggressive marketing campaigns. • Analyzed my relationships to best determine and respond to the individual needs of each client to solicit new, and maintain existing business. • Developed and maintained multi level financial & estate plans. • Recruited, trained and managed a staff of financial planners. • Developed all key product marketing strategies and materials. • Maintained marketing budget activities, including tracking and analyzing expenditures. • Presented seminars to large regional high school college planning programs and small specialized groups. • Enhanced and tracked lead and client development through the use of CRM software (Sales Force) • Completed required FAFSA and CSS/Profile forms for clients. • Negotiated with school financial aid officers to obtain the best possible award package for my individual clients.
