Obtained consent and collected medical history from screening; monitor subjects on study to ensure institutional study compliance. • Assisted in presentations of clinical research study information and preparation of training materials for in-house personnel and new hires. • Managed daily activities to ensure compliance with the protocol, FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and institutional policies. • Maintained trial documentation and reports, IRB, PRC submissions. • Collected hospital and general practice medical records for clinical trials • Managed study data, tracked adverse events and serious adverse events. • Responsible for maintaining several Phase I-III studies
