Daily Duties at Quintiles:

• Performed site qualification visits to ensure study sites have adequate qualifications, resources and facilities/equipment, and can provide adequate eligible patients • Managed the progress of assigned studies by tracking regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrollment, case report form (CRF) completion and submission, and data query generation and resolution • Performed Site Initiation Visits for various Oncology studies (Solid Tumor, Hematology/Oncology) • Ensured that Investigators are fully briefed on the study on a regular basis. Administered training on protocol and study procedures to assigned site personnel; communicated with the site ongoing project expectations and issues • Conducted routine monitoring visits and site management for a variety of protocols and therapeutic areas (Oncology, Acute Care) • Created and maintain appropriate documentation regarding site management, monitoring visit findings and action plans by submitting regular visit reports and other required study documentation • Assured the quality at site. Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices related to the proper conduct of the protocol and adherence to applicable regulations. Escalated quality issues to Clinical Team Lead (CTL) and/or line manager • Conducted the study close-out visits
