Daily Duties at Wells Fargo:

Term contract that served as a primary point of contact for a 5000 square foot testing data center intended for enterprise technology level compliance. My role was directly involved in the following areas: Planning o Engage with Tenant service requests via the SLA process o Clearly communicate and enforce the roles and responsibilities on behalf and in cooperation of the Landlord. o Work with Tenant to determine hardware/software needed for Infrastructure needs:  Infrastructure needs for facility (cage, cabinetry, power).  Infrastructure needs for the environment (server space, network, components).  Evaluate and Architect software requirements.  Provide expense estimates for infrastructure needs. Implementation o Implement | Lead | Follow the established Server Installation process which may include participation in various activities as needed. o Coordinate and oversee test lab physical space build (i.e. power, network connectivity, network design, rack/cabinet, cage, etc.).  Governance o Act in a governance role associated with and/or facilitating compliance related items, such as:  Managed Lab Security Plans • Assist Landlord in keeping the Managed Lab Foundation Plan current. • Document security plan number for subsequent application security plans generated by Tenant.  Server Scans - Partner with Security Operations Center to allow them to perform their device vulnerability scanning process.  Physical Security – Assist Landlord to maintain secure environment as defined in the Base Security Plan. o Maintained access security and appropriately process requests for card-key access to the data center.
