coordinating the entire project from start up to finish under the direct supervision of the company owner responsibilies include recruiting and hiring local technical students from colleges , set up training and direct daily activities for sevice calls,and tune ups , on residental furnices, hot water heaters and fireplaces , also perform daily on sight quality checks on work being performed .
