Daily Duties at At&T:
I managed the vendor relationship with our offshore contractors by writing the resource contract and providing and monitoring secure access to our systems. I then taught my vendor management process to other organizations, thereby increasing efficiency by having us all use the same methods. Ultimately 49% of our organization was outsourced to these contractors.
