Daily Duties at Value Electronics.Com Inc.:
I was responsible for catering to the needs of the online customers including shipping purchased items to the customer, hadeling defective merchandice, taking preorders for items that have not yet been released. Processing payment from customer's credit / debit cards and/or check. I was also responsible for supporting the installation crew in any way that was needed, including running cable, equipment deliveries, and adding technical expertise to solve installation difficulties. I also worked with the customers in the showroom floor to assess their wants, needs, technical limitations, and our availability to meet their needs.
