Daily Duties at Astro Sonics Alarms:

Outside sales of new burglar/fire alarm installations and upgrades for commercial and residential applications. Create an on-going sales pipeline by selling alarm systems to residential and commercial customers. Develop a lead generation process through utilization of local police logs. Generate new business through networking, referrals and cold calling. Set appointments, determine customers needs and design systems accordingly. Provide estimates and close the sale. Schedule installations, upgrades and repairs. Maintain a two week backlog of scheduled work for two installation crews and one upgrade/repair crew. Meet with the installation crews prior to installation and review contract and system design to assure compliance to contract. Meet with customers at completion of installation for final walk through and training. Assist in the development and implementation of company sales promotions. Negotiate with contractors to provide alarm system pre-wire installations for new residential construction. Follow up with realtors representing the new construction and sell completed installation to new home owners. Assist in the development and implementation of 2 way voice communication with the central station. Astro Sonics was the first alarm company to offer this type of service to customers in the Sacramento area.
