Daily Duties at Citrus Web Management:
I was responsible for optimizing our online marketting to appeal to buyers who were interested in purchasing High Definition Televisions and consumer level electronics. To do that, I created an elaborate series of articles designed to explain common misunderstandings about the High Definition world. These include the differences between LCD and Plasma Televisions, The various connector types (Component, composite, HDMI, etc.) what Contrast Ratio means, the meaning of a refresh rate (60Hz vs. 120 Hz) and other various articles of that nature. I then went on various High Definition web sites and would participate in relevant conversations, and where applicable, I would insert a link to the relevant article so that the original poster could have some solid information to read. It was then understood that if the customer liked the information they would purchase their HDTV products from us. However, given the time in which I was employed, the company fell victim to the market crash and in the time that I worked there, not many people were buying television, in fact many people throughout the country were getting fired, and as a result sales were weak and the company folded.
