Daily Duties at Elan Pharmaceuticals:
Was responsible for increasing market share and expanding sales volume of Maxipime (cefepine) and Azactam (aztreonam), both injectable antibiotics, plus Zonegran and Frova. Clients included (Indianapolis): Methodist Hospital, Indiana University Hospital, Riley Hospital for Children (total 1356 beds), Wishard Memorial Hospital (298 beds) and the Richard Roudebush VA Hospital (191 beds) and provided service and ongoing education to the attending physicians and various fellowship and residency programs at the Indiana University, School of Medicine. Interacted extensively with the pulmonary, hematology/oncology, emergency, infectious disease, internal medicine, surgery, nephrology, microbiology, pharmacy and neurology departments
