Brought in by CEO as first HR executive for start-up medical design and manufacturing firm, developing and directing HR initiatives including compensation, benefits, payroll, full-cycle recruitment, organization development, and employee relations while leading accounting functions. Tracked employee training in accordance to FDA, OSHA, and ISO 2001 requirements. Managed books and payroll for 2 companies and led trade show and web marketing efforts.
