• Led high profile, multi-million dollar Logistics projects for the world’s largest and most visited recreational resorts. • Coordinated the financial and operational aspects to open 3 North American consolidation centers for Walt Disney World – annual savings estimated at $2.1M. • Began the implementation of a parcel multi-carrier shipping/manifesting system, Process Weaver, which automates freight quote, pick, pack and ship. • Supported all Disney North American distribution centers with the conversion to Oracle’s automated shipment and appointment management module.
