Randy Page was Principal Architect in partnership that provided planning, design and construction oversight for hospitality, historic, commercial and residential projects. He provided a broad range of services to numerous private and residential clients. Principal Architect design and management responsibilities including: contract negotiation; project team development; project delivery; existing building surveys; program & concept development; feasibility analysis; building code analysis; concept budget reports; site and building planning with local regulatory agencies; agency presentations; construction documents (Drafting and AutoCad); writing project specifications; quality control; and construction administration services (representing the Owner).
