Established and maintained subsidiary financial procedures for compliance with parent company in Ireland, and concurrently with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Managed annual operating budget of $7 million. Was tasked with ensuring budget compliance and forecasting, variance reporting, managed month-end closing procedures, approved payroll, and oversaw and analyzed of expense side of P&L. Managed settlement procedures of new Verified Emission Reduction credits (VERs) Managed, calculated and reported subsidiary's annual greenhouse gas emission "footprint" Managed and approved payroll for up to 35 employees across 4 satellite US offices. Supervised and managed 3 employees who carried out bookkeeping, expense reporting, and IT functions.
