Daily Duties at Cincinnati Bell :
• Successfully manage field operations, whom are responsible for successful installation of GPON, VDSL, RF, IPTV, and wireless networks for residential and business fiber customers. • Design and implement LAN, RF, VDSL networks for Strategic business and complexes • Responsible for exceeded yearly Occupational Health and Safety requirements of 97.2% success rate and zero life threatening deviations for the department • Reduced 2010 overtime and expense budget by 6% • Responsible to drive accountability with metrics designed to exceed the plan, measuring both; individuals and the department • Responsible to negotiate pricing and warranties with vendors to purchase over one million in capitol tools for the new fiber division
