Daily Duties at Gap/Gap Kids/Gap Baby/Gap Maternity/Gap Body:

directed/managed the opening of the brand's 1st four-box store high volume store in Michigan projected to be $10M in sales volume . Managing change management and merging two closing store's entire staffs to working with me as the their general manager and working together. Recruiting, hiring and training entire staff,organizing/scheduling shipment deliveries of merchandise, fixtures, supplies, and lunches/dinners for all the team during store set-up. When the store opened open managed daily operations of sales, credit card goals, bra fittings, bra sales goals, visual merchandising training, and successfully blended transferred managers and sales associates with new hires as a whole team with a great team working enviroment.
