 Maintained records/database for local staff contracts and payroll  Personal Assistant to Program Manager  Responsible for Filing, Correspondence, Translation, Preparation and Distribution of Minutes and Agenda  Assisted in the preparation of various reports as directed by the Program Manager  Monitored all action items from each meeting and upon the direction of the Program Manager, prepared correspondence arising from each action item  Liaison for International delegates and Government staff.  Facilitate logistical and administrative arrangements between local NGOs representatives for the conference
