Daily Duties at At&T:

Set up and install DSL user accounts. Analyze computer application software, hardware, and server issues. Provide technical support for LAN/WAN networking issues. Knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols; theory and practice of LAN/WAN configuration. Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP networking experience.
