Daily Duties at La Masseria:
Contracted to refurbish an existing restaurant into an upscale Italian restaurant. Over saw all aspects of construction. Worked with architect on design and functionality of the restaurant to meet the core requirements and provided a condusive working environment. Trained staff, implemented menu and opened restaurant on schedule.
