As the Excutive Housekeeper in a 244 room property in the heart of Times Square my main focus was on the cleanliness and presentation on the hotel. Working closely with the Front Office and supporting departments to provide our guests with the best accommodations available. All departmental purchasing, receiving, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and payroll was reviewed weekly for proper approval and accuracy. Guest satisfaction was paramount to ensure profitability and owners return on investment. Also a unionized property I had created a culture of teamwork, respect and cooperation.
