Daily Duties at Hyatt Regency Greenwich:

the daily communication, organization, and preparation for all operating departments within a 373 guest room property. The Departments of emphasis were Housekeeping, Laundry, Front Office, Guest Services, PBX, Regency Club, Winfield's Restaurant, In Room Dining and Outlets. I would host daily operational meetings with several department heads to discuss current staffing levels, guest concerns and issues, as well as current events and hotel projects. In addition to these morning meetings I would attend and often participate in preshifts with differnt departments to ensure that hotel topics were being shared with fellow line employees and corresponding staff memebers. Constant coacing and counseling to reinforce company standards in delivery authentic service during each interaction. Daily payroll review to correct any errors and promote payroll accuracy and timeliness of weekly submission. Financial analysis reviewed to compare budget guideline to actual performance. effectively communcate discrepancies as noted to Hotel General Manager and Controller. Proactive in recruiting and hiring process with Human Resources to have open positions filled by qualified interviewed candidates. Strong focus on overall visibility in both guest room inspections, arrival experience, and hotel presentation. A leader within the organization always eager to answer the call when another department or manager was in need of assistance.
