Daily Duties at Wackenhut Services Inc ( G4 S Gs) :
Deputy Program Manager for the Army Guard Access Control Program under IMCOM. Provide Managerial and Supervisory oversight in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and Statement for Work. Enforce company policy and procedures, payroll and human resource rules and law oversight. Conduct logistical inventories, resourcing, new vendor implementation, through purchase requisition system technology. Profit and loss analysis, review and recommendations to reduce costs savings of over $250,000. Review and implementation of disciplinary actions, quality assurance / control, policy and procedure implementation, training curriculum; consisting of but not limited to Anti terrorism, force protection, physical security operations; identify threats to federal installations. Active Secret Clearance, certified through the Individual Reliability Program IAW AR 190-56, follow and enforce OSHA guidelines, conduct random drug screenings, ensure all background screenings (NAC-I) are submitted successfully through local personnel offices and are entered into JPAS. Conduct dispute resolution and negotiations with Union representatives concerning discipline and collective bargaining issues. Responsibility and accountability for the effective and efficient operation of eight (8) satellite sites encompassing 4 states; Eight (8) Project Managers, and over 400 Supervisors, security officers and employees equivalent to civilian grades of GS12 through GS5 positions.
