• Managed the installation of Avaya/Lucent telephone systems • Responsible for coordinating technicians, engineers, cable installers, and our internal personnel to insure the successful timely completion of the scheduled installs • Processed procurement requests related to the new PBX systems. • Performed day-to-day maintenance on the PBX system as required • Performed complex programming procedures in the PBX related to special requirements for the ACD, voicemail, and attendant console systems • Assisted in the design and implementation of the Telecommunications Dept's internal web page
