• Full range of technical support duties which includes: a) Identified and resolved complexed PBX and network problems b) Monitored systems operations c) Analyzed problems/malfunctions for PBX and voicemail • Managed installation of Nexus PBX telephone switch for 154 relocating employees • Installed, configured, and troubleshot of PC networks and stand-alone workstations • Wrote UNIX programs to extract telecom data • Managed installation of Lucent/Avaya Switch Management Systems • Created a communications information database in MS Access for employees and departments for the purpose of managing equipment and software • Created and maintained logs for all station jacks, LWN numbers, and feeder pair numbers • Maintained and managed Avaya PBX and Centrex voice network hardware and software for an 11,000-port Telecom environment
