Daily Duties at World Pac:
• Managed telephone system implementation from PBX to VOIP • Configure Network Protocols TCP/IP, IPX/SPX • Installed and configured network interface cards, cables/software, and Windows Operating Systems • Moved mobile phone services for all US and Canadian users from AT&T to Verizon • Managed cross connects on a 110 block and 160-pair block Avaya PBX system • Trained employees on system usage • Responsible for coordinating repairs and installations of Avaya PBX system. • Instrumental in writing “End User” procedures
