Daily Duties at Zeneca, Inc.:
Served as chief legal adviser to global general mangers of company's international specialty chemicals businesses headquartered in the United States. Supervised one commercial and one IP attorney and responsible for all performance management matters including formulation of objectives, performance assessments and compensation awards for this staff. Responsible for providing and managing legal support for all legal matters related to these businesses worldwide including domestic and international acquisitions and divestitures, antitrust counsel on acquisitions and marketing arrangements, formulation of compliance policies, litigation management, distributor arrangements, real estate matters including leases and sales,environmental matters, bond financings, and procurement and supply contracts.
