Supervised 6 pharmacy technicians in processing and distribution of medications.Collaborated closely with physicians, nursing staffs, and patients on pharmaceutical detail, patient reactions, and overall case management on appropriate and optimization of infusion therapies for a range of patients (all ages) with acute, intermittent, chronic, or terminally ill health conditions.Evaluated each patient’s individual needs and provided expert consultations throughout patient’s therapy.  Monitored lab values and assessed the patient’s condition to determine the appropriateness of drug therapy.
