Advanced (Level III)bedside RN for critically ill patients; assessed, diagnosed, planned and implemented treatments for critical physiological processes in patients; communication and education for patients and families; communication with physicians, colleagues, and ancillary staff to collaborate on excellence; crisis management; assisted with procedures. Documentation and record keeping for quality assurance, infection control, and JCAHO guidelines. Administered treatments and medications; sterile technique and infection control.
