AS A KBR LOGCAP EMPLOYEE, I WAS PART OF THE O&M LIFE SERVICE SUPPORT CONTRACT OPERATING IN BAGRAM, AFGHANISTAN. MY DAILY TASKS WERE TO RECEIVE DIRECTION FROM THE KBR PROJECT CONTROLS DIRECTOR OF WHAT CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATING TASKS WERE REQUIRED, AND THEN TO CHASE OUT ALL OF THE UNKNOWNS AND PINPOINT VARIABLES IN ORDER TO CREATE A COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATE.
