Developed and managed a cross-functional high-performing team of HR Generalists who support the US Western Region operations unit consisting of three separate geographical zones (Rockies, Permian, and Pacific), encompassing 9 states, and approximately 2500 employees. In response to a growing industry, grew an HR team from 2 employees to 13 HR professionals strategically located in field locations that maximized delivery of services.
