Daily Duties at Verizon:

Successfully implemented business/product service offering plans for top 30 business and consumer growth areas. I was the regional business manager for a major customer teams to achieve annual service objectives and customer satisfaction levels. I developed regulatory filings to support legal and government compliance issues. From these filings, my team developed custom network sales proposals for regional telecommunication service offereings. Upon term acceptance, we provided the planning, budget approval, procurement, technical / application engineering, operational support, equipment installation and service quality and provisioning of telecommunication services. The team I managed lead in the development of annual Network Infrastructure marketing plans for corporate approval. As a continuous improvement initiative, I coordinated improvement initiatives for operational and planning teams that were driven my self imposed customer service requirements. My team management included efforts to revamped commission structure, detailed competitive analysis reviews & customer training.
