Managed and supervised upwards of 28 employees in check image capture processing facility including SDS/NCHA wires, IRD Remote Print, Inclearings and Correspondent Banking, daily cycle statement and exceptions processing and NSF sorts, Mail Teller Deposit services and Lockbox processing services. Business Continuity and Site Emergency Management Plan coordinator Conducted system testing including preparation of test scripts during conversions and upgrades of CPCS and Vector systems Monitored monthly volumes and productivity utilizing EXCEL, SUPERQUERY, eiStat, and XPSTAT General Ledger account reconciliation, accounts payable, budget preparation and variance reporting utilizing ESSBASE, EXCEL, and AU MINER Administered employee performance reviews and salary recommendations
